About The Position
The Store Supervisor is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the store side of a Branch and reports directly to the District Manager. They may oversee customer service, store operations, and employee supervision in a friendly, fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with supervisor experience preferred
- Solid computer skills including use of MS Office with a willingness to learn new software programs
- Must be able to understand and calculate gross profit/gross margin, add, subtract, multiply, and divide. The ability to calculate averages and other functions preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, mentor, train, and support all employees
- Generate and maintain accurate required documentation
- Address and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints utilizing a positive, creative approach
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers
- Champion of MFCP programs and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws
