About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and effective task prioritization and delegation. The role focuses on providing customers with welcoming, hospitable service and ensuring their store experience is positive. Supervisors help serve food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner; coach team members; maintain product availability and merchandising; and keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position requires multitasking and repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and assistance in lifting 40 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.

Requirements

Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
