About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and effective task prioritization and delegation. The role helps deliver a welcoming customer experience and ensures food and beverages are prepared to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. The supervisor also coaches team members, maintains product availability and merchandising, and keeps store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 years of age for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Demonstrate self-motivation, dependability, efficiency, a positive attitude, and the ability to delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform their roles effectively.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
