About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to deliver a welcoming, friendly customer experience at Sheetz. The role involves serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, helping prioritize and delegate tasks, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The posting describes evening and overnight shifts and notes an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members, including helping them prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Monitor store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Lead by example with high energy and a strong team mentality, working with the team to provide hospitality throughout the customer experience.
