About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing high energy and a strong team mentality to the store team. The role helps create a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and a clean, well-stocked store. The Supervisor also mentors and coaches team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
