About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with an energetic, team-oriented approach and helping deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments, and an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz states that it is committed to considering qualified applicants with disabilities who can perform the essential duties with or without accommodations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
