About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy and a strong team mentality. The role focuses on providing customers with a welcoming, high-quality experience while ensuring food and beverages are prepared to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. The supervisor mentors and coaches team members, helps prioritize work, and ensures store products are available and properly managed. The position also involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, kitchen, and dining areas. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Sheetz considers qualified applicants with disabilities who can perform essential duties with or without accommodations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.
