About The Position

Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Store Sorter for its retail team in Liberty, Ohio. The role helps ensure that the store is stocked with quality merchandise by sorting, inspecting, and organizing donated items for the sales floor. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically able to perform the duties, and dependable about attendance.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours based on store needs. The store operates seven days a week, and employees must be available to work weekends and evenings as scheduled. The position may have the possibility of becoming full-time in the future.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
