About The Position

The Store Schematics Coordinator is the primary schematics contact at the store and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Non-Perishable schematics. The role coordinates and executes store resets and projects in Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, and Vitamins, while supporting an active selling culture and a positive customer experience by ensuring product categories are set according to store schematics. The coordinator works with store leadership, Scan Coordinators, and Department Managers to maintain compliance and ensure new items are correctly placed and available for purchase. The position conducts weekly reset and speed-to-shelf activities as directed by the Support Office, following company policies and procedures. It also communicates reset changes to store leaders and department managers, obtains sign-off when work is complete and accurate, and provides timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department about issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the total reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
Possess excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate outgoing, friendly behavior, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Be able to read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs.
Have good vision to read and set schematics.
Be able to staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new schematics, and use a step ladder.
Be able to vertically and horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. from 1 to 34 inches, over a distance of up to 8 feet, for up to 1 hour.
Be able to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours.
Be able to repetitively crouch, kneel, or squat to access a point 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary schematics contact at the store and notify the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Scan Coordinator, and Department Managers of reset changes.
Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for the Non-Perishable departments: Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, and Vitamins.
Ensure categories are set according to store schematics to support an active selling culture and positive customer experience.
Work with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers, and the Assistant Store Manager to maintain schematic compliance and ensure new items are correctly placed and available for purchase.
Complete weekly reset and speed-to-shelf activity as directed by the Support Office.
Execute schematics consistently with internal policies and procedures.
Obtain sign-off from the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
Provide timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department about issues or discrepancies.
