About The Position

The Store Schematics Coordinator maintains the integrity of Non-Perishable schematics in an assigned Sprouts Farmers Market store. As the store’s primary schematics contact, the Coordinator notifies store leadership and department partners of reset changes and schedules, coordinates, and executes resets and projects for Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, and Vitamins. The role supports a positive customer experience by ensuring categories follow store schematics, items are correctly placed and available for purchase, and weekly reset and speed-to-shelf work is completed according to Support Office direction and company procedures. The Coordinator obtains sign-off when work is complete and accurate and provides timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department about issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze the total reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules.
Possess excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate outgoing, friendly behavior, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Be able to read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs; good vision is required to read and set schematics.
Be able to staple, scan, use a computer to activate new schematics, and use a step ladder.
Be able to vertically and horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 pounds from 1 to 34 inches, up to 8 feet, for up to 1 hour.
Be able to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours.
Be able to perform repetitive crouching, kneeling, and squatting to access a point 6 inches from the ground.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary schematics contact at the store and notify the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Scan Coordinator, and Department Managers about reset changes.
Schedule, coordinate, and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable departments: Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, and Vitamins.
Ensure categories are set according to store schematics to support an active selling culture and positive customer experience.
Work with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers, and the Assistant Store Manager to maintain schematic compliance and ensure new items are correctly placed and available for purchase.
Complete weekly reset and speed-to-shelf activity as directed by the Support Office.
Execute schematics consistently with internal policies and procedures.
Obtain sign-off from the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Managers to confirm work is complete and accurate.
Provide timely feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department about issues or discrepancies.
