About The Position

Hillman is hiring a part-time Store Sales Representative to serve a territory covering three stores. The representative is the face of Hillman in those stores, maintaining displays and inventory while building relationships with store personnel. The position involves traveling between store locations, executing merchandising plans, stocking and ordering products, completing display resets, resolving in-store issues, and submitting service documentation. It is a hands-on role that involves working independently and staying active.

Requirements

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays may be possible.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in the territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize products to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling and disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
