About The Position

Hillman is seeking a part-time Store Sales Representative to serve as the company’s representative in stores throughout an assigned territory. The position works three days per week for 25 hours and involves traveling between multiple store locations, maintaining displays and inventory, and building customer relationships. This is an active, hands-on role with an independently managed schedule; occasional overnight stays may be possible.

Requirements

• Be organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Be comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.
• Have strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Be able to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Be willing to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays may be possible.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in the assigned territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize products to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling and disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
