Seasonal Store Sales Associate, Levi's®, St. Johns Town Center, Jacksonville, FL
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, supports store productivity during peak periods, helps maintain the store’s appearance, and assists with customer purchases at the register. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive person who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position is part-time and seasonal at the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
