About The Position

The Store Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations, and maintaining personal and productivity goals. This role involves connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs, learning and sharing expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs, and maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training. The associate will also assist with brand awareness by assisting store management with social media.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
• Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
