About The Position

As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the retail store. You will lead a team of sales associates, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales to achieve store targets. The role also supports inventory management, merchandise presentation, and collaboration with the store manager on sales and customer satisfaction strategies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
