About The Position

As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the retail store by leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. You will supervise and support team members, assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations, maintain the sales floor, help manage inventory, and collaborate with the store manager on strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
• Ensure accurate product pricing and labeling.
