About The Position

As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will help ensure the smooth operation of a retail store by leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. You will support team performance and training, assist customers with product information and recommendations, maintain the sales floor, contribute to sales strategies, and help manage inventory.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate sales associates, providing guidance and support.
Schedule and assign tasks to team members to help ensure efficient store operations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
Ensure products are accurately priced and labeled.
