About The Position

As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the retail store. The role includes coordinating team activities, supporting customers, maintaining the sales floor, contributing to sales goals, and assisting with inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate sales associates, providing guidance and support.
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members to support efficient store operations.

• Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
• Ensure products are accurately priced and labeled.
