About The Position

As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the retail store by leading sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. You will support team performance and store operations, assist customers with product selection, maintain the sales floor, and contribute to inventory management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate sales associates by providing guidance and support.

Collaborate with the store manager on strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
Ensure products are accurately priced and labeled.
