DFWSS01 (Wheatland) - Store Replenisher - Part time
About The Position
As a Store Replenisher, you will recover store areas daily to keep them clean and well stocked. You will perform assigned responsibilities with a sense of ownership and a team mindset. The role includes stocking, replenishing, and maintaining merchandise and sales-floor areas; handling returned, damaged, and out-of-date products; supporting customer service; and following safety, sanitation, food-safety, and product-freshness requirements. Duties may be modified or supplemented based on business needs, and employees may be asked to perform other job-related tasks, subject to reasonable accommodations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience as a JVSS Scanner or equivalent.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to use material handling equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain attentive to customer needs.
- Ability to maintain high productivity standards and manage multiple priorities while shifting focus between tasks.
- Dependability and attention to detail.
- Completion of required job skills and compliance-related training.
- Ability to lift 55 pounds and manage loads in excess of 85 pounds, while observing personal safe-lifting limits and seeking assistance or breaking loads down when needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform total store recovery, refills, culling, and product replenishment across multiple departments as needed.
- Return unpurchased products from the Returns area to shelves.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving heavy or bulky products to support in-stock conditions.
- Check shipments for out-of-date or damaged products and report issues to the Manager.
- Assist with stocking and refill merchandise as needed.
- Collect carts from the parking lot.
- Organize and clean the sales floor, empty bins, and prepare the area for sales.
- Remove cardboard and trash from shelves and merchandising fixtures.
- Clean shelves and merchandising fixtures, and keep the sales floor clean and safe.
- Follow safety and sanitation SOPs and minimize shrink through careful product handling.
- Meet productivity standards and comply with federal, state, and Company requirements for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment for customers.
- Answer product-related questions and assist customers in a friendly manner.
- Scan customer items and complete transactions quickly and courteously as needed.
