About The Position
NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working Paint Specialist to join its team of auto parts professionals. The role supports the store team by mixing paint, assisting customers with auto body and finish questions, sharing information about auto part features, benefits, and warranties, and helping colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment. The position also involves operating a cash register and using computer and paper catalog systems.
Requirements
- Paint or body shop experience required.
- Automotive knowledge and/or experience.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation to train and learn.
- Ability to thrive in and enjoy a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- ASE (P2) Parts Certification.
- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
