We are hiring a Store Operations Coordinator to manage the daily floor operations of our Richmond retail location. Your objective is to maintain general store appearance, manage inventory, and guide owner-operators and fleets through their tire purchasing decisions. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License (Required).
Customer Service (required)
1 Year Retail Sales (required)

Nice To Haves

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Technologically competent and comfortable using GSuite

Responsibilities

Perform daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Respond directly to inbound calls, email inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
Consult with customers, perform tire inspections, prepare quotes for commercial tires and related services based on their specific needs.
Coordinate directly with technicians, vendors and store leadership.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and a clean, functional retail space.
Process transactions and maintain accurate daily records in the POS/CRM system.
