About The Position
The Store Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer relationships, staffing and developing the sales team, merchandising, inventory control, administrative duties, and banking responsibilities. The role requires retail management experience, strong sales ability, dependable transportation, self-motivation, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations.
- Drive sales and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Ensure the sales floor is staffed with an excellent sales team.
- Ensure the sales floor is properly merchandised and freight is moved to the floor within 48 hours.
- Handle inventory control, administrative, and banking responsibilities.
