About The Position

The Human Resource Generalist assists the Regional HR Manager in implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company’s co-workers within the assigned region. The role collaborates with regional managers and Corporate HR and helps ensure compliance. The Generalist also oversees the work of direct reports and participates in HR department activities, training, and certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field and 4 years of HR experience; or a master’s degree in HR Management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification in Human Resource Management (PHR or SPHR).
• Prior experience in construction.

Responsibilities
