About The Position

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Boston boutique and drive business performance in a growing market. The Store Manager will act as a Frette Brand Ambassador, modeling elevated selling and storytelling around heritage and craftsmanship. They will drive store profitability through strong KPI management and strategic decision-making, build and maintain a loyal client base through CRM, outreach, and personalized service, and establish partnerships with interior designers, hospitality partners, and local businesses to grow the brand presence. The role also ensures an exceptional “white glove” client experience, including bespoke services and in-home consultations, and oversees all aspects of store operations including scheduling, reporting, and financial performance. Additionally, the Store Manager ensures execution of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards, manages inventory, stock flow, and loss prevention processes, and partners with corporate teams to execute business initiatives and continuously improve store performance while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Several years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or interior design required
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, clienteling, and relationship-driven selling
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 40 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Ability to move throughout the boutique, stockroom, and offsite locations as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
