The Store Manager leads the store team and is responsible for delivering a strong customer experience while balancing store operations, team development, and sales results. The role requires a visible, hands-on leader who coaches associates, manages labor and store priorities, keeps merchandise and sales-floor execution on track, and builds a positive, high-performing culture. The Store Manager adapts to changing business needs, leads with integrity, and is accountable for store outcomes. The position is primarily active on the sales floor, with structured time for development check-ins, coaching conversations, labor and volume planning, and use of company resources and programs. Success is measured through sales and labor results, customer feedback and satisfaction, store scorecard performance, team development and retention, and operational execution and compliance. This hourly position requires a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include frequent movement throughout the store, remaining upright and stationary for 80% of the time, and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds and moving merchandise to heights of 5–10 feet.
