About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location. We are looking for a strategic leader to build a top-performing team and deliver world-class customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for hiring and training staff, supervising and assisting employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions. This role also involves developing and managing employee schedules and promotional calendars, identifying opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement. Additionally, the Store Manager will maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, coordinate with suppliers, cross-train employees, manage controllable expenses, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Shopify), scheduling tools (e.g., Homebase), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel)
  • Background Check: A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and train staff as needed to ensure optimal customer service coverage
  • Supervise, train, and assist employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions
  • Develop and manage employee schedules and promotional calendars, particularly around holiday cycles
  • Identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, and coordinate with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
  • Cross-train employees and support Beauty Advisors to ensure productivity and operational continuity
  • Manage controllable expenses and strive to maintain profitability
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
