About The Position

StyleKorean is seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location in Orlando, Florida. Moida is StyleKorean's premier retail store brand, fully owned and operated by StyleKorean. We foster a supportive work culture through team outings, a fully stocked break room, and complimentary K-beauty products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for building a top-performing team and delivering world-class customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred)
• Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Shopify), scheduling tools (e.g., Homebase), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel)
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.

Nice To Haves

• Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train staff as needed to ensure optimal customer service coverage
• Supervise, train, and assist employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions
• Develop and manage employee schedules and promotional calendars, particularly around holiday cycles
• Identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, and coordinate with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
• Cross-train employees and support Beauty Advisors to ensure productivity and operational continuity
• Manage controllable expenses and strive to maintain profitability
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
