About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create meaningful moments of connection and joy in a warm, welcoming community space. The role involves running the coffeehouse and fostering a place where customers feel welcome, while supporting team development through coaching and mentoring. The position is based in the Tri-Cities/Fox Valley area of Illinois and requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application.
• Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours and early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities
