About The Position

Clarks is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and support strong sales performance. The Store Manager serves as Manager on Duty, helps train and coach employees on policies and procedures, represents the Clarks brand, follows loss-prevention and shrinkage policies, and helps create a visually compelling store and a comfortable work environment for colleagues. Requirements include retail experience and prior management experience. The role involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store.
