About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team in creating a warm, welcoming space where coffee fosters connection and joy. The role involves running the business, coaching and mentoring team partners, and making the coffeehouse a place where the community feels welcome. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country where the applicant applies.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, on variable schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
