About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking stylish, fashion-forward, and multi-tasking individuals with a passion for fashion to lead their teams. As a Store Manager, you will be an entrepreneur, driving the business through a hands-on, innovative approach. You will develop a dynamic team focused on client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
