About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a Store Manager for their Denver Premium Outlet location in Thornton, CO. This role is for an entrepreneur who is a stylish, fashion-forward, and multi-tasking individual capable of keeping their team focused and inspired. The Store Manager will be a hands-on leader, encouraging an innovative workplace to creatively drive business. The position involves developing a dynamic team focused on client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation, and execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English is required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
