About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Cotton On Kids store. This includes building a positive, inclusive culture; leading, managing, and developing team members to achieve sales and KPI targets; and supporting long-term business growth in alignment with the company’s vision, core values, policies, and procedures. The role requires a passion for fashion, brands, products, and trends, and the ability to lead store operations in a fast-paced, changing retail environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail management experience; fast-fashion experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of proven experience leading, inspiring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze results and drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including executing visual merchandising directives and delivering high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
