About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Cotton On Kids store. This includes creating a positive, inclusive culture; leading, managing, and developing team members to achieve sales and key performance indicator targets; and supporting long-term business growth in line with the company’s vision, core values, policies, and procedures. The role is based in the San Diego region and is a full-time, hourly-paid position.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail management experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
At least 3 years of proven experience leading, inspiring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze sales, stock, and service delivery and drive results.
Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and ability to execute visual merchandising directives and standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
