About The Position

The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for leading all aspects of the Cotton On Kids store. This includes building a positive, inclusive culture; leading, managing, and developing team members to achieve sales and KPI targets; and supporting long-term business growth in line with the company vision, core values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail management experience; fast fashion experience is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience leading, inspiring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze business results and drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, to meet business needs.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
