About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks connection. The role involves running the business and helping make the coffeehouse a place where the community feels welcome, while leading with craft and heart. Requirements

3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
