About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations, including driving profitability, managing inventory, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing a superior guest experience. The role oversees day-to-day operations, employee training and performance, scheduling, sales opportunities, payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses. The manager creates an organized, process-oriented environment and a people-first culture focused on superior guest service and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record (MVR).
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
Availability to be on call 24/7.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations.
Hire talent.
Train and develop the team.
Manage employee performance.
Schedule employee shifts and team members effectively to meet guest demand, deliver a superior experience, and maintain labor controls.
Drive store profitability.
Actively manage profit and loss and inventory by identifying store and category sales trends.
Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality related to payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
Implement action plans to generate and drive additional sales opportunities.
Create an organized and process-oriented environment.
Communicate company objectives as necessary.
Create a people-first culture focused on superior guest service.
Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
