Requirements

Responsibilities

Leads the retail team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and meeting store financial plans through strong decision-making, focusing on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment.
Assesses and strategizes to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour, and other measurable KPIs).
Utilizes company tools and resources to assess business performance, celebrate wins, and address areas of opportunity.
Recruits, hires, and makes pay and termination decisions for all store personnel, including management.
Manages employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to Beyond Yoga and LS&CO Operational Excellence policies.
Facilitates onboarding and training for new hires on Beyond Yoga culture, product knowledge, and selling culture.
Coaches staff to increase knowledge, provides opportunities for continued development, and creates succession plans.
Achieves payroll plan by managing store schedules, monitoring labor costs, and adapting to business conditions.
Ensures sound inventory management through accurate receiving and sending of merchandise, completing required directives like price changes and ticketing.
Prevents loss by educating associates on customer service, monitoring daily store activity, ensuring policy adherence, and partnering with the Home Office.
Performs store visual standards following visual merchandising direction, ensuring compelling product presentation and styling.
Maintains appropriate product levels on the sales floor through planning and directing floor replenishment.
Creates a compelling store experience by engaging and modeling appropriate selling and service behaviors.
Builds relationships naturally, embraces individuality, and fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Collaborates with the store team and Home Office on building connections with the local community and executing events to drive brand engagement.
Acts as a brand ambassador embodying and cultivating the company’s core values.
