The Store Manager leads store operations, team development, customer experience, and sales performance. This is a highly visible, floor-based leadership role that requires coaching associates in real time, adapting to changing business needs, managing labor and priorities, and maintaining a positive, high-performing team culture. The manager plans for success through development check-ins, coaching conversations, labor and volume planning, and use of Five Below resources and programs. Success is measured by sales and labor results, TruRating feedback and customer satisfaction, Store Scorecard performance, team development and retention, and operational execution and compliance. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with physical movement throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
