About The Position

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager to lead the customer and associate experiences in the store and drive a profitable business through customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. The Store Manager coaches the team to reach its potential and fosters a welcoming experience for customers and associates.

The role oversees store staffing and talent development, store operations, profitability, budgeting, payroll, and retail planning. It includes managing daily operations, including opening and closing, and promoting community events and philanthropic partnerships.

• 2+ years of retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
