About The Position

As a Store Manager at LOFT, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store and drive a profitable business through customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. You will coach your team to reach its potential and foster a welcoming experience for customers and associates. The role oversees day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and uses tools and reporting to manage profitability, budgets, payroll, and retail plans.
