About The Position

REEDS Jewelers is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at its Volusia Mall location in Daytona Beach, Florida. The manager will drive store performance and sales, champion a client-first luxury experience, develop talent, and ensure excellent operational standards. The role is a selling-manager and brand-ambassador position, combining floor leadership with responsibility for store strategy, client relationships, team development, and daily operations.

Requirements

At least 3 years of leadership experience in luxury, specialty, or jewelry retail.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong leadership presence and talent-development capabilities.
Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce tools.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for long periods and carry up to 30 lbs.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
