Requirements
- Relevant experience from a similar role
- Experience in maintaining operational excellence in retail stores (analyzing KPIs, scheduling, inventory management, etc.)
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Leading the team daily
- Developing team members in service, product knowledge, visual merchandising & operations
- Planning staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
