About The Position

As the Store Manager, you are the architect of the beauty experience. You lead with a strategic mindset, driving both business performance and community engagement. You are responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team that lives the brand values. Beyond daily operations and ensuring the kiosk operates seamlessly, you are a local market expert, leveraging community networking to elevate brand awareness and store traffic. You ensure operational excellence in inventory, visual standards, and compliance, while fostering an environment where both staff and clients feel supported and inspired. You drive results not just through metrics, but by cultivating an inclusive culture that keeps clients coming back.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret key performance metrics (KPIs), identify trends, and adapt strategies to drive store profitability.
  • Proven experience in proactive recruiting, succession planning, and performance management to ensure team stability.
  • Expert-level knowledge of payroll, inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and policy compliance.
  • Ability to act as a brand ambassador, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients and staff.
  • Advanced skills in retail technology (e.g., Shopify, Endear, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to lead on the sales floor, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and transporting stock to/from off-site mall storage units.
  • Flexible Availability; including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
  • Must be 18+ years of age.

  • Meeting and exceeding store sales targets, driving strong results in conversion, AOV, and UPT.
  • Achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and client retention through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy, visual standards, and procedural excellence.
  • Building a loyal, engaged team through proactive coaching, recognition, and growth opportunities.
