About The Position

Beyond Yoga, a premium active lifestyle brand headquartered in Los Angeles and acquired by Levi Strauss & Co. in 2021, is seeking a Store Manager for its Henderson Ave location in Dallas, TX. The brand is known for its body-positive values, luxuriously soft fabrics, and a strong market presence through wholesale and brick-and-mortar stores. The Store Manager will lead the retail team to achieve sales goals, manage store operations, ensure an excellent in-store customer experience, and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. This role requires strong leadership, team management, operational, and sales skills, with a focus on driving employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment.

Requirements

Progressive retail leadership experience.
Proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform all essential job functions.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
May be required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk, and hear.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, type, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
Must have reliable transportation.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads the retail team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and meeting store financial plans.
Drives employee engagement and fosters a collaborative selling environment.
Assesses and strategizes to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour, and other KPIs).
Utilizes company tools and resources to assess business performance and develop action plans.
Recruits, hires, manages pay, and makes termination decisions for all store personnel.
Manages employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to operational policies.
Facilitates onboarding and training for new hires on company culture, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
Coaches staff for increased knowledge and development, creating succession plans.
Achieves payroll plan by managing store schedules and labor costs based on sales and traffic.
Ensures accurate inventory management through receiving, sending merchandise, and completing business directives.
Prevents loss by educating associates on customer service, monitoring store activity, and enforcing policies.
Maintains store visual standards and product presentation according to visual merchandising direction, adapting as needed for store layout.
Ensures appropriate product levels on the sales floor through replenishment planning.
Creates a compelling store experience by engaging with customers and modeling appropriate selling and service behaviors.
Builds relationships, embraces individuality, and fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Collaborates with the store team and Home Office on community connections and event execution.
Acts as a brand ambassador embodying and cultivating the company's core values.
