About The Position

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create warm, welcoming experiences and moments of connection for the community. The role involves running the coffeehouse business, leading with craft and care, and supporting the growth of team members through coaching and mentoring. The position requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and professional maturity to coach and mentor team partners.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
