About The Position

The Store Manager leads a Starbucks coffeehouse and its team, creating a warm, welcoming community space where coffee inspires connection. The role combines business leadership with coaching and mentoring team partners, while fostering a coffeehouse experience centered on craft, quality, and meaningful customer moments. The position requires full-time work, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, with variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
An entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
At least a high school diploma or GED.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, regularly in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
