About The Position
A growing contemporary fashion brand is seeking an experienced and inspiring Retail Store Manager to lead its new flagship boutique location. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who is passionate about elevated client experiences, team development, and driving business within a highly curated retail environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of luxury or contemporary fashion, a proven ability to build lasting client relationships, and a hands-on leadership style that fosters both sales performance and a positive store culture. This individual will oversee all aspects of store operations while serving as a key brand ambassador within the local community.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of retail management experience within luxury, designer, or contemporary fashion
- Strong clienteling background with a proven ability to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Demonstrated success driving sales performance and exceeding business goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer outreach strategies
- Operationally minded with experience managing payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Passion for fashion, styling, and creating elevated customer experiences
