Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process
  • Build rapport and identify each client’s vehicle needs and preferences
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options
  • Help customers select the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of new vehicle inventory, features, and market trends
  • Deliver a personalized and informative vehicle delivery experience
  • Follow up consistently with sales leads using the dealership CRM system
  • Develop long-term relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude every day
